Korean children's game · Korea's Red Light, Green Light
Freeze before the tagger turns around
You can only move forward while the tagger chants "Mugunghwa kkochi pieotseumnida" — "The mugunghwa flower has bloomed." If you are still moving when the tagger looks back, you are caught. Reach the tagger's back without getting caught to win.

How to play
- The tagger faces a tree and chants "Mugunghwa kkochi pieotseumnida." The chanting speed changes every time.
- While the tagger chants, hold the button to walk forward.
- When the chant ends, the tagger turns around. If you are moving at that moment, you are caught and go back to the start line.
- You have three chances. Reach the tagger's back before time runs out to win.
About the mugunghwa game
The mugunghwa (rose of Sharon) is Korea's national flower. In this game, players move and freeze in time with the ten syllables the tagger chants, and Korean children have long played it in alleys and schoolyards. Many countries have a similar game, such as Red Light, Green Light in English-speaking countries.
A free traditional game for fun. No bets, prizes or payments, and no records are kept.
